“ Dinner with Mrs. V. We had decided earlier this morning that we needed to discover a new burger eatery. I conducted my usual recon via Google, and decided on a local spot; however, my Spidey was telling me that my initial choice would not meet or exceed my expectations. I called an audible at the last minute and decided on Bubba’s 33, located in a restaurant district in Peoria, AZ bordering Glendale. You could feel the energy and the vibe of this burger/pizza restaurant from the parking lot. Despite being slammed on a Saturday night, we were immediately greeted and seated by the friendly staff. Moments later, Nick our server arrived at our table. After speaking with Nick, I immediately knew I had made the right choice. Nick is a very welcoming, knowledgeable, and engaging breath of fresh air in the restaurant biz. I was immediately drawn to the patriotic, sports, and music memorabilia mixed with the fun eclectic art. Shortly after we were visited by Gabi, a server who gave us the backstory of this sister restaurant of Texas Roadhouse, and spoke very highly of our server Nick, and then Dakota, a manager in training dropped by to see if our needs were being met and if he could be of assistance. Fran ordered the the Spicy Habanero Burger with a side salad. I ordered a Bacon Guacamole Burger with unsalted fries (my attempt to make fries healthy again MFHA) My burger had two bacon infused patties which are served at a perfectly prepared medium well temperature. The food was extraordinarily delicious with flavor for days! As we were finishing dinner, Shana, the service manager arrived at our table to ask us about our dining experience and presented us with a Bubba’s 33 plastic tumbler for first time guests. This is without question the best burger in the west valley in this foodie’s opinion! However the star of our experience was the above mentioned staff!! We will definitely be back! “ Best burger I've had in years! Great atmosphere, and my sever Gaby was great! The manager also stopped to ask how I was enjoying the visit since it was my first time. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the Phoenix area. Also... I'm from Texas and we're serious about our sweet tea. Bubba's 33 has the best sweet tea in Arizona hands down. ”

“ Our first time coming, kinda confusing on when you step in there was employees kinda just hanging out we weren't sure if they were seating us or the other stand that was posted up not as close by the door they had employees which did help us and then everything was fine, I am not basing my review off confusing seating so no worries. Our server was Enrique he was awesome super nice super talkative and very energetic which is good in the type of environment you all have so that's definitely a plus. The food was very good me and my husband shared my decision I don't eat much, we will definitely come back for another date night. ”
